When you have installed and configured the Exact Online connector app in your Shopify account your new Shopify orders are pushed to Exact Online.
Based on the subscription the app will create a sales order and / or a sales invoice.
When using Exact Online Account, only a sales invoice is created.
When using Exact Online Wholesale Distribution, both a sales orders and sales invoice are created.
Find your sales orders in Exact Online
You will find sales orders in your Exact Online account under Sales > Orders > Overview.
When you open a sales order you will notice that in the 'Description' field the order ID as known in Shopify is shown. Between the brackets you will see the checkout ID. This can be used to compare your pay-outs with the accompanying orders. Usually in the pay-outs overview files of payment service providers you will see the Checkout ID as a reference to the payment. 
Find your sales invoices in Exact Online
You will find sales invoices in your Exact Online account under Sales > Invoices > Overview.
When you open a sales invoice in detail you will notice in the 'Description' field that the Order ID and checkout ID is shown. The Order ID is a reference to your order in Shopify. The checkout ID can be used to compare your pay-outs with the orders. The checkout ID is mostly the reference to a payment.
