We have noticed that, in some circumstances, it might be possible that small discrepancies will come up in the data between Shopify and Exact Online.
Reason of this is that the methods how discount is being applied differs in Shopify and Exact Online.
Shopify calculates the discount over the whole order, within Exact Online this is done per item line. This could lead up to a small discrepancy of 1 cent per item.
This can only occur when multiple items are ordered and discounts are applied. Mostly when multiple instances of an item are ordered.
