Below we have listed the most common questions on the Exact Online Connector.

I have Exact Online Accounting, what does the app for me?

Within Exact Online Accounting the app will create Sales Invoices (in Dutch: Verkoopfacturen) when an order is marked Paid and Credit notes (Credit nota's) when an order is (partially) refunded. Both the Sales invoices and credit notes are 'printed' in Exact Online (processed).

I have Exact Online Wholesale Distribution, what does the app for me?

Within Exact Online Wholesale Distribution the app will create both Sales Orders (in Dutch: Verkooporders) and Sales Invoices (Verkoopfacturen), when an order is marked Paid. Also the delivery status is tracked in Exact Online, when an order gets fulfilled. Credit notes are created when an order is (partially) refunded. Both the Sales invoices and credit notes are 'printed' in Exact Online (processed).

Which Exact Online subscriptions are supported?

The app supports all Exact Online Accounting (in Dutch: Facturen) and Exact Online Wholesale Distribution (in Dutch: Handel) subscriptions.

When is a credit note being created?

When a refund is being triggered in Shopify a credit note is created and printed (processed) in Exact Online.

How long does it take before an order gets into Exact Online?

Normally this would take a minute. The app is connected to certain webhooks (events) that are triggered by Shopify. This usually takes place immediately. It might be possible that there is a delay in that, please refer to the Shopify Status page to see if everything is operational.

When an order, fulfillment or refund webhook is delayed it will be processed eventually. When it is not processed within an hour and on the status page of Shopify it's all green. Please contact us.
